I take on a small number of projects at a time, so each one gets my full attention. Every engagement starts the same way: with a short, paid discovery sprint. That way we both know exactly what we're building before any money goes into building it.
Ways to work together

A good fit
- Your team spends 40 or more hours a month on a repeatable process.
- You can decide, or reach the person who decides, within a month.

Not a fit
- You want AI to move money or delete records with no person approving.
- You need every line of code written by hand. I build with AI coding agents, and I say so up front.
Pricing
Prices are fixed per project and agreed before work starts, based on the brief. You never pay by the hour. AI and hosting costs are passed through at cost, under a cap you set.
